The Cohiba Piramides Extra stands as the only torpedo in the Cohiba portfolio a bold, elegant vitola dressed in a silky, oily claro wrapper that reflects the brand’s refined tradition. Crafted with precision, it offers a luxurious smoking experience supported by impeccable construction and slow, even combustion.
On the cold draw, rustic stable notes hint at its earthy foundation. From the first light, the cigar opens with remarkable smoothness, delivering a delicate bouquet of floral aromas accented by subtle roasted nut flavors. This creamy, graceful start is supported by a flawless draw.
The second third continues in a similar vein pleasant and balanced, though not dramatically evolving. As it transitions into the final third, the body deepens slightly, introducing more presence on the palate. The finish is bold yet controlled, featuring light touches of black pepper.
Though its progression is understated, the Cohiba Piramides Extra delivers elegance and consistency in every draw. With high aging potential and the signature craftsmanship of El Laguito, it remains a refined choice for aficionados who value creamy texture and structural excellence over dramatic transitions.
