Loved this cigar. Flavorful, medium strength and truly an wonderful smoke. Hoya is now one of my favorite brands....have tried at least four different types and they are all super. Also a shout out to your suppliers in Sweden and Switzerland who always do a terrific job carefully wrapping and shipping my orders!
Cigars arrived in great shape! Waited for about a week to rest in my humidor before cutting one to smoke. As the title suggests..........Outstanding!!!!
What can I say? Hoyo de Monterrey delivers the goods again. Word of advice, Don't wait, the San Juan continually sells out, so buy them when you see them available. I do. Thank you CCG
Glad I purchased 4 of these my first time trying them out. Once they get boxes in stock I’ll be buying a box for sure. Flavor, burn, and aroma is magnificent.
Arrived in mint condition. Serial number matched perfectly. After waiting a LONG two weeks in my humidor, I finally lit one up. Ah! It was so worth it. Will definitely buy these again.

This is definitely one of my go to cigars good construction and Burn wasn’t perfect but it was good great flavor mild with just a hint of spice to it it is a great cigar

WONDERFULLY light
Great cigar. I won’t get into a review but I would like to see more reviews on the cigars on this site. Now I can tell you one thing.......wether your shipment comes packed with a humidifier pac or not, LET THEM SIT IN YOUR HUMIDOR FOR AT LEAST 30-60 DAYS BEFORE LIGHTING ONE UP. When you recieve your order.....sure.....you’re excited, so light one up. Then put them away for 30-60 days and let them get acclimated in your humidor. I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH FLAVOR AND BURN IF YOUR HUMIDOR IS SET TO THE CORRECT RH AND TEMP. The 70/70 is a myth. Best to keep CC between 60-63 rh and temps around 70-73 F. ie....if your temp is 72 f in your humidor .....keep you rh about 62.
Awesome cigar. Box and cigars arrived in perfect condition. Have not smoked these. My older Le Hoyo De San Juan's have a great flavor profile. Woody, earthy with sweet undertones. Very good burn. Great Cuban cigar for sure.
Great, Great cigar. Has a smooth woody profile that I really enjoy. It stays smooth the whole way through. I tend to like the Cohibas and with these sticks I have found a new favorite. Thanks again CCG
This Hoyo is an awesome example of how the tobacco culture in Cuba nails it. Such pleasure to experience the attention to detail in blending and construction from this producer. And as an aside, the ease of ordering as well as the condition of the product at delivery is a testament to the care given by Cuban Cigar Group.

New Customer. Received my mixed package of Hoyo de Monterey cigars in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. Le Hoyo de San Juan is , without any doubt, one of Cuba's best cigar. Perfect construction and perfect burn. It is woody with earthy and flowery tones. Medium strenght and creamy. A must try. Will soon order more.
Here I am, on a rare Monday off, sitting back smoking this fine cigar. What can I say about it? It's Cuban, it smokes perfect, it taste great. What more do you need to know? I'll tell you. Service!! A recent care package wound up in Chicago, lost forever. CCG was in constant contact with me and replaced the order. I trust CCG to deliver my cigars all the time every time.
Not one of the best known brands. Very smooth, almost buttery flavor. Now one of my top four or five favorite Cubans.

Cigar is beautiful but disappointing. No flavor, unattractive ash, light smoke. I ordered ten and smoked one will let the rest age.
As usual, the sealed box arrived in a timely fashion. After a few days of restoration in my humidor, I began enjoying these fine cigars.
