Shipping Fee

Free Shipping on all orders of +$150* and delivery is guaranteed.
*Specific countries have additional fees such as insurance, Non-standard transportation options.

Orders less than $150 will carry a shipping/handling charge of $20.
Please note that there may be supplemental transportation charges for larger sized items (Humidors, Jars, big packages, etc.).

Shipping Time*

We ship 5 days a week within 48 hours of you approving the pictures we send you of the box code unless you pre-approve the order. Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday, with orders placed throughout the weekend.

Standard delivery time should be between 7 to 14 days.

Tracking Number

Tracking info can be found in your online account and in the transportation confirmation email (please check your spam folder). We are not able to provide a tracking number for all countries. We use third parties that have experience working with your countries shipping process.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery 100%.
After 24 days of no-show, we can ship you another box if we have in stock, while we open an investigation.
Australia, Brazil, and all South American countries take longer due to unreliable local postal services(35 to 90 days).

It is your responsibility to check your countries custom regulations concerning the importation of our cigars. All tariffs and import expenses are the importer’s responsibility.
